The new sidewalk of Aurelia Residence: an important plus to get to Saint Peter’s Basilica
The new sidewalk in front of the entrance of Aurelia Residence is an important plus to get in and out in a safer way.
That includes the most common direction of our Guests: Saint Peter’s Basilica, where all pedestrians can arrive with a space separated from cars.
The part of the street of Aurelia Residence did not have sidewalks untill now, and it was inappropriate particularly for children or for people with special needs. After reporting this inconvenience to Rome Municipality over and over, our street has been identified and assessed to determine the retrofitting to new security upgrades.
These sidewalks, provided on both sides of the street, are part of the new development of Via Aurelia, one of the oldest streets of Rome.
However, Aurelia Residence has always been completely separated from the street and it is located in a green environment. Therefore, children can enjoy the garden inside the residence in total security thanks to the walls and the wide gate always closed. But from now on, once outside everyone can walk along the street without trouble and reach the city centre easily and quickly.

Aurelia Residence has always been more than secure. It is located in a residential complex entirely enclosed with a wall where it’s necessary to pass a locked gate before getting to the street. Througout this gate, only residents and guests can enter with a key code.
Now we can affirm that the new sidewalk of Aurelia Residence in Rome is crucial to make more secure than ever also this part of the street!
