The payment will be made directly by the administration of the Aurelia Residence by drawing directly from the credit card authorized by the customer.
The property may require a second credit card as guarantee for a withdrawal, in case of expiration of the first one, related to the amount agreed.
The authorization for the withdrawal will be issued together with the guest at the end of the stay by filling an specific form signed by the parties |

| CANCELLATION POLICY: |
● 16 days prior to arrival date there's no penalty;
● from 15 to 3 days prior to arrival date there's a penalty of 20% of the total stay;
● 2 days prior to arrival date or in case of no-show there's a penalty of 60% of the total stay.

| CHECK-IN: |
The apartments can be taken from 01.00 pm to 7.00 pm. Outside such hours, contact the reception. Arrivals on Sundays and Holiday have to be before 13:00
A deposit of € 155.00 is required. |

| CHECK-OUT: |
Please vacate the apartments by 10.30 am on the date of departure. Any damage found at check-out will be charged on the basis of a damage price list. |
